More birthday

On the 18th of May, we celebrated Nick's birthday party.

Only family and two best friends Cole and Tegan were invited. 

Daddy only captured video and no photos other than the great job Grandma Bowman did on Nicks birthday cake.

Happy 4th Birthday Nicholas!!!!

Almost two weeks ago...

It was Mothers day, and we have no pictures of it, but that is because Daddy and the boys were serving Mom breakfast in bed that morning. 

The very next day Nick turned 4. He's been excited for that time to come for a while.

Again Dad has no photos, but he did take lots of video.

After he had breakfast in bed, (first birthday in the new house) he opened his presents. Six new cars from the "Cars" movie, a new belt that he wanted and a bigger size bike with no training wheels.

An hour later, the birthday boy, Kevin and Daddy left for Nashville, Tennessee.

 We even stopped for a picnic along the way. 

And for a treat for Nick

Around eight hours later we arrived, the boys did surprisingly well!

Here are all the cousins and Tony singing Happy Birthday to Nick.  Dory, Delaney, and Dusty.

 I took the birthday boys to a "Nashville Sounds" Baseball game.

Kevin played on cousin Dustin's drums.

The water was too cold still so they played in the shallow part. 

Four days later, we headed home and stopped for ice cream and jumping along the way.

Nick loves when Daddy makes yogurt.

The boys played in our new yard this week. They enjoyed throwing rocks.

Kevin loves to color. We are still teaching him he needs to only color on paper. 

The highlight of the week was definitely seeing this monster on our front porch.

Kevin once again exploded with words-

Ah choo (he likes to mimic daddy)

Love you (luh oo) he actually said it for the first time while talking to Mommy on the phone. Mommy choked up.

Welcome To Our New Home

We'll time sure did get away from me.  We have now been in our new home for just over a week.

 It took a 26' truck, 5 SUVs, and 2 cars but we got it all.

A HUGE thank you to all of the friends and family that helped!

The boys made themselves at home.

Later they went next door to hang out with the new neighbors.

Sadly we won't been getting grass until at least August because of this

 springs floods that destroyed the sod farms.

First time that Daddy didn't cut it up.

Exploded with three new words in one week. He can now say:

Kevin is now 16 months old. And just hit 20 lbs.
