Off to Margaritaville FL we went. As soon as Parent Teacher conferences came about. The saying in our home A's get Vaca's. So we some of those, we skipped the conferences and went. We asked you guys to bring someone along. Nick you chose MJ and Kevin, you chose cousin Henry.

Our View

Most of the weekend there was a red flag- you guys loved jumping the big waves.

One day you guys focused on making a sand castle.

We obviously at out at every meal. Here, we are at Le Tub, the most unique place.
It used to be a gas station.

Another sand castle.

MJ also surfed but we only have video.

One night we taught the kids to play Euchre.

Out to dinner.
That same week, Mom took all you guys home and I flew to Austin Texas

There, I met up with the Michelotti's, they hosted me.

Tim Michelotti's and I went to the fundraiser dinner for Ride to End Alzhiemers.

The next day all of us road the Ride to End Alzhiemers,

We were in the end of the line because my rental bike tire was broken. The only tire they had was a gravel tire which was wider and slower.  62 miles and 3700 elevation climb later but, we made it!

A picture of Grandma Polzin and Dad is among those.

Back home you guys helped Zach make his Eagle Project. Squirrel boxes.

Final home Cross Country Meet.

You were dealing with hip issues all season.

New Patient - Kevin went to be assessed to have braces.

Cheesy pretzel race - where Kevin beat me for the first time and scored a PR at 24:30, I came in at 24:51, 6th in my division. Kevin took third in his division. Nick took second in his division at 21:02, 9th in the whole race. He’s been dealing with an injury but this was a positive result for him. Lindsey enjoyed her 5k walk. Ohh and no, Nick is not that tall, he’s on his toes.

September 2024 - A Quiet Month

182 Monthly Photo

You and I out to breakfast at the local airport after your soccer game.

It's been a while since we've captured a photo of you, pillow kid!

We went on a cycling trip with the Scout Troop.

In total we did 15 miles!

Nick you continued to power through your hip soreness in Cross Country, while attending PT.

Mom and I went out for a beer and they happen to be celebrating Oktoberfest.

You guys and your screens.

Now with just Nick.

Soccer, you are pretty good. If you practice you could make the school team!

167 45's that my Mom used to own. Now I get to enjoy.
Someday...you will own.

Handing over the reigns. Nick, you were officially relieved of your duty of Senior Patrol Leader.
Good job!

I told you it was a quiet month.
