My parents have got to have a photo that looks similar to this.
Nick, you were awesome at gathering candy and sharing it with your brother.

Ice CREEEAM!!!
Bolingbrook Golf Club Firework event with the Great Grandma Moore, Grandpa & Grandma Bowman, the Bowman clan and Uncle Leigh & Aunt Lisa.
We stayed for 25/30 minutes then Dad got antsy and wanted to leave before the big rush to the exit.
This was the first fireworks show for you Kevin, and the biggest for you Nick.

Aunt Devin was in town with Bo & Ashlyn

Mommy ran her first 5k!!!

Before your final Spring 2015 game I joke with you Nick saying I want you to score 18 goals. The number on your jersey. You replied, how about 13, that's my favorite number. The most you scored that season was 3. On this day, 2 minutes into the game you had 3 goals. The final score was 19 to something. You had scored 15 goals!!!!!

Coach Scott said "This player is a good dribbler and doesn't back down, though he falls down a lot because he's so fast, he quickly bounces back up."

Where's Kevin?

The Family Airplane Cruise

Our 2nd, more fun, family vacation.

We all flew to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and went on a seven day cruise with Royal Caribbean on the ship, Independent of the Seas. It stopped at the following locations.
San Juan, Puerto Rico - We just ate dinner there.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten - By far the best beach! "Little Bay Beach"
Basseterre, St. Kitts/Nevis - Beach day!

Everyone one loved playing in the ocean...except Kevin. Not until the last day when we took a day trip to a beach in Fort Lauderdale did you finally enjoy the ocean Kev.

Your guys first airplane ride, on Southwest.

Inside the plane.

Aboard the windy ship.

Nick, you LOVED the ocean. So much so that there were times we had to yell to get you to come back closer to the beach because you were too far out there.

Prepared to go into the water, but you really enjoyed the sand. This is also the first time you boys have been to the ocean, and played in it's sand

They paraded around the ship with their friends trying to "take over the ship".

Pirate #1
You boys LOVED the Adventure Ocean!!! They had so many daily activities that never not boring. You guys go to bed normally at 7pm. On vacation you were staying up to 9 which was really 7 and you still didn't want to leave. 9am we'd drop you guys off and pick you up at noon for lunch and family naps. We played with you at the "water park" and had ice cream until dinner. Then AO would come and get you again 40 minutes into our 150 minute dinner.

Family photo time

Our Dinner guests Austin & Ashely
Nick, you tried everything that we put in front of you, some were pretty exotic.

Overall it was an awesome adventure with everyone. You boys really held it together despite the lack of sleep and constant activity. Mommy and can't wait to go on a family vacation again. Rumor has it, sometime in 2017.

Nick Turned 6!!!

It's official Nicholas! You are SiX and no longer and Kindergartener. In the fall he will start at a new school.

Party #1 - At Grandpa & Grandma Bowmans

Party #2 - The Polzin Family came over.

Party #3 - Breakfast and presents in bed.

Party #4 - Friends and cousins.

At the party #4 they rock climbed, played soccer, hockey and basketball.

You loved all of them! This was your reward for not going potty in your pants. Something that has been a big issue this week.

Yup, all these parties wore you out.  Not really, you like to stay up to 9pm these days.

Here is a photo of Mommy and Daddy at a Derby Party.

Easter + Duo Baptisms + Family Time = Blurry Family Photos

You guys ran super fast tracking down each last one of those Easter Eggs at the neighborhood hunt.

We spent the day before Easter at Uncle Todd & Aunt Amanda's. The next morning you guys lined up and were ready to see what the Easter Bunny left them.

You had the sweetest face when you saw the guitar.

Minutes after spotting the guitar, you showed that you have rock star form.

Nick's showing off his Lego Ninjago's

Cousins Easter Breakfast

On the way to your Polzin Grandparents, you learned how to read a map, and located the highway.

While there you guys tore into these baskets.

And this is the view on the way home from our Easter weekend.

That spot on the wall, that very spot, you painted that all by yourself.

Grace and Uncle Tim on her Baptism day. (She is Daddies niece)

Celebrating Great Grandmas 87th Birthday. You guys were playing Wii and she was watching.

Baby wanted to sleep there.

Spring soccer has started again. Nick you were lucky to get the same coach as in the fall.

Once a day you pick it up to play. And properly put it away. I'm not sure how long this will last but Daddy and Mommy see your love for music. Who knows where this might take you.
