July 2022 - Vacation, Camping, Cousins and much more.

157th Monthly Photo

On our way to Pigeon Forge, we went out of out way to see our cousin the Eaves Family in Nashville. We always have such a great time hanging out with them.

Kevin, you still enjoy maps. You picked up this Kentucky Map at a rest stop.

The Bowman/Polzin Family vacation has begun. In Pigeon Forge Smoky Mountains.

You guys did a lot of this!

And toured some of the experience around town. BY FAR we had the most fun on the last day on the go carts. We also road on the Alpine Coaster but Kevin you kept wanting me to go slower...thats not in Dad's DNA.

The family photo.

Half of the week I had to work full days. It was a nice change of scenery.

And off Nick went to scout camp the day after we got back.

Kevin and Alex Painting. Wanting to then sell their paintings.

Ramps

Food Truck Welcome back to the office party. It was 100 degrees, few ate outside.

I drove up at the end of the week to visit Nick.

I also brought my mountain bike.

There he is...it rained a lot after I showed up.

I learned that there is a lot of sand in Michigan, and on the trails.
Bikes and sand don't mix.

Kevin you were taking a Minecraft Masters class all week, where you learned to code.
You were VERY excited.

Jetts sister, Jett and Nick and at an outdoor movie.

You and I kayaking up river.

Max and I and the Hot Sauce Fest!!!

The loot I carried around and came home with.

Meanwhile Jett, Nick, Henry and Kevin went to Pelican Harbor.

Nick's Friends birthday Lunch.
Funny story, Uncle Todd was just dropping off Max for the fest but had Henry with him. We suggested they both just stay and so they did. It was an even more fun weekend with them all around.

June 2022 - Nick's Final At Bat, Anna Maria Island, Dads, Biking, Beer, Bracelets.

156th Monthly Photo

Possibly your last at bat Nick. You guys came in 2nd place this season.

It's the annual- burn all of the schoolwork you don't want to keep.

Off to Anna Maria Island Florida with the Slovers and Michelotti's!
And off we went to a Sox vs Rays game with the Michelotti's who stayed with us for a few days.

They need to tear this Rays stadium down.

After we went to the Ugly Grouper

Theres Uncle Drew teaching you how to pick a lock. You guys did this for HOURS!

Our 2022 Pool

The best lunch views! We took the Monkey Bus to get here to the Sandbar. Basically a free bus where a guy drives around looking for people that need rides. Pay with tips. So fun!

I'm going to just leave this here. Uncle Drew got it for Dad, I ate it and would never recommend it.

As a family we went off and did. speed boat excursion.

Thats us!

And there is our traditional photo.

Back at home you wanted to go Mountain biking with me!

Fathers day at Lindys Landing with Grandpa Polzin

Dad ordered way too much wood.

They love each other.

Just because Mom's not home doesn't mean we can't make the meals. It just takes twice as long. :)

Now you wanted to join me.

Off to Davenport Iowa for my Beer Bro's tour. 9 Breweries and 8 bars.

Kevin and his friend Blake and his sister.
Here they are doing what the sign says, selling bracelets.
What you don't see is, one day one they made $89. Kevin you asked me to posted the sale on the neighborhood facebook page and I did.
I was convinced your sales were over on day two but you guys made $65. By day two 3 more kids joined the company. I asked you if you were making the bracelets anymore and you said no, other people are and that you were teaching them, also helping out the "caller" the one that would flag down cars. I said, so basically you are the sales manager and CEO, you smiled. One day three you told me there is a whole area you having hit yet. I laughed and said, if you say so. You guys made $45 and ended the workday early.
