Freshman/Sophomore Wrestling Regionals

1st Place!!!

Dec was in town for his 19th birthday! You guys were playing poker.

You advanced to the Freshman/Sophomore Wrestling Sectionals. 

A couple of your friends and two coaches came down.

Freshman/Sophomore Wrestling STATE Finals!

Dads long time friend and former wrestling buddy Ray from High School was there. 

His daughter was in the women's tournament. 

Fun ways to pin guys. 

4 of your wrestling buddies drove down to Springfield to coach and also support you, that was awesome! 

You ended up finishing in the top 12 at 138lbs in the Illinois Freshman/Sophomore tournament.

You lost in OT in the blood round, 9-6. Overall you had 6 matches and went L W W W W L.

In the last 3 weekend tournaments leading up to the final match, you went 10-3. 

We were very proud of your hard work!

Your smile couldn't get any bigger on the match you came back to win after being down 10 points in the first. You friends were super excited too!

On the way home we stopped at the State Capital.

Kevin's last win of the season. He didn't not advance to the PawPac because he lost his spot on varsity. After holding it most of the entire season, he couldn't hold on in the last week.
