Double Barrel

For months and months, Nick would give us a hug by just leaning his head into your shoulder. Sure it was cute, but we wanted more so we coined the term, "Double Barrel" where we'd request Nick to put wrap arms around the recipients neck. Well this week it clicked and Mom and Dad were each greeted one evening with a giant double barrel hug and a squeeze! It was awesome!

Nick had a great week, very energetic, playfull and interested in trying new foods. Sure most if not all of the new foods were kindly removed from his mouth, but at least he tried them.

Nick is 20 months today if you are still keeping track.
We celebrated our friend Emily's 2nd birthday last the weekend.

Nicholas is in the red in the way back playing with the older Madalyn.
