Potty Trained & Can Swim

This is the only photo we captured on Kevin's amazing two day journey to be potty trained. Our motivation- he had to be fully potty trained in order to go in the Adventure Zone on the Caribbean cruise later this year. Half way through Saturday Kevin, you were making a mess in your new underwear. So much so that by the evening you wanted to be pants-less so that you didn't dirty anymore of your new Mickey underwear. But it must have clicked with you because come Sunday you had no accidents the entire day. Pictured here is how Daddy got your cold, we were blowing each others hair back.

And then a couple days later you wanted to be like your big brother and make breakfast for you and him. It was very cute!

We had some guests (Neighbors Cloe and Amanda) spend the night. You boys were pretty excited. It was kind of a glimpse into Uncle Todd's future.

It's a well known fact that Mom and Dad, especially Dad, picked this couch out because of the awesome forts that it could make.

Perfect Sleeping Placement

Kevin, this was your first day in the 3's room at church. You hated the toddler room and cried because you wanted out but in this room, you actually hugged Mommy and went on your way.

Daddy wanted to teach you how to swim Nick. So we set out to the pool and for the first 20 minutes with your eyes bulging and arms flying you thought you were going to drown. Dad gave you some tips and strong words of encouragement and you gradually became better and better. When I pulled your blue lipped shaking self from the pool to call it a day 90 minutes later, you were able to swim an entire lap of the pool. I was very proud of your advancement. Sure it wasn't pretty but you got from point A to point B without going underwater.

68 Month Run.
