June 2025 - Bowman Vacation, Bike Rides, Ice Cream, New License and Car

192nd Monthly Photo

Kevin and I did a fundraiser bike ride. It was 10 miles, on his new bike.

Nick started training on Zwift, and online biking community.

The first long drive.

This year the Annual Bowman vacation was in Michigan.

Hibachi!

This was the first time Nick and Cormac tried Saki.

Nick, trying a backflip.

Was cool to see on my run.

Kevin and I road to the ice cream shop.

A little mini golf before dinner.

I brought my bike and did two long rides. This was on my favorite one.

Muscle men.

Dad joining in the Marko Polo game.

Nick got his License!

Mom and Dad bought another car, we'll let Nick drive it.

We bought from Dads good friend at work.

Kevin bought himself a Meta VR

Dad hosted a Ulta BBQ. Sadly no other photos were taken of the 5 families that joined us.

Father's Day Bike Ride

We stopped for lunch along our 12 mile journey.
Everyone has bike that fits and that is made in this decade now.

And of course more Ice Cream.

The Annual Summer BBQ at Cousin Jim's.

In other news, on June 30th Dad was let go from Ulta along with my entire team of 10 people. They are outsourcing our jobs. So that closes this chapter of my career, on to bigger and better things. You boys took it a bit hard, but this happens in life and will make you all stronger from it.

  1. Tim, I don’t know if I read the comments right but it sounds like you and your team were laid off. I’m so sorry to hear this. I know it’s hard to go through, however as you stated, it just makes you stronger. There’s so much of this going on nowadays in the workforce. This may have provided to you an open door for better things to come your way.
Great pictures of the family. It sure looks like everyone had a great time up in Michigan. I got a kick out of the deer picture. I wanted to attach a couple pictures of the activity we have going on in our yard which I think you may enjoy. Because I can’t figure out how to attach them, hopefully you won’t mind if I text it to your phone.
Thank you for sharing and good luck to you. Aunt Peg
