Yup we finally tried the rice cereal. We gave him about an ounce and it did nothing. We will research more to find out if he needs more. The reason we are trying this or anything new is because we are hoping he'll sleep longer than the hour increments at night.
The good news was that we spoon fed him, his first time ever eating in a highchair and eating anything other than a bottle. At first, he amazingly opened his mouth and mommy would put the food in It was funny because he'd "chew" with his tongue and it would fall back out because he was pushing it out. That happened many times. After a few minutes, his mouth would open and it would go down as mom was putting it farther back in his mouth. It was a fun experience. (I have it all on video)

To bad they don't still sell the infant feeder that you used when you first got cereal. It worked wonderfully. Grandma P
